3M™ Repulpable Double-Coated Splicing Tape 9038B features a lightweight tissue coated on both sides with a blue, repulpable adhesive on a repulpable easy release paper liner.Tape offers excellent heat resistance up to 400ºF (204ºC) web temperature.
Adhesive is on both sides of a carrier that increases dimensional stability of the adhesive
The combination of high initial adhesion and high heat resistance makes 3M™ Repulpable Double-Coated Splicing Tape 9038B ideal for lightweight coated papers. It is not recommended for finished roll splices or where oozing and bleeding may occur.
